My goal for this project was to learn more about the work that goes on behind the scenes in the athletics department and to gain a better understanding of the skills that are necessary to be successful as an athletic director. One of the skills I noticed play a big role this month is organization since so much planning goes into scheduling, games, and events. It is exciting to be a part of these decisions that Kate and Tyler have to make every now and then! This week I also helped with restocking the medkits, making sure that all the materials were there, and getting rid of all the trash. During my senior project, I have really learned that the athletic director's job is not just scheduling and watching over sports events, but there is so much admin wor...
